University of Reading meteorologists have already declared 2025 to be the hottest summer since their records began. Given they started recording data in 1908, we’ll take their word for it!
As great as this news is for sunworshippers and those who love long, lazy summer days, the flipside is that autumn’s shorter days can negatively affect people’s moods.
Advice for maintaining the feeling of wellbeing engendered by spending more time outside, periods away from work, and relaxing with family and friends usually highlights finding a focus and source of enjoyment. This can raise our morale and rekindle the positive energy of the summer.
